Bank good ATM service for European Cards

The worst bank in Mexico, without a doubt. They charge you stratospheric commissions for everything, any type of movement you make. How can it be that they charge $20 plus VAT to make an international transfer? And I won't even tell them if you try to have cash abroad. They are all charges for everything, if it were up to them they would even charge you to breathe oxygen in their branches. THIEVES. Not happy with that, their customer service on Twitter is rude, I asked them a question and they said they would call me and they never did.
